I not sure if there is a term for not being able to tell reality from dreaming. I , being the sandman, have many dreams that I believe are real, maybe they are, and somtimes I have dreams where I know I am dreaming and can fly where ever I want. When you have dreams where you know you are dreaming it is calles lucid dreaming. There are a few sites on the Dream Links page that talk about lucid dreams. You may want to ask them if they have heard of the term you are looking for.
