I suffer from sleep paralysis but never been diagnosed. My sleep paralysis started 4 years ago and it scared the living daylights out of me
(I would wake up and still be asleep, but paralyzed. I would either fall back asleep or stap out of it). It has progresslively gotten worse. I've had 4 occorences in the past month. Before I knew what sleep paralysis was, I thought a spirit or demon was messing with me. The past three times it happened, I couldn't move and I felt like my spirit was being pulled out of my body (during this moment, my ears would ring really loud) but I fought it and won every time. (really scarey for me) I decided to wear my gold necklace with a cross on it and say the Lord's prayer 3 times before I go to bed. I haven't had any occurrences this month yet. (Phsychological I guess). Hopefully it will not happen again. Decided to share my experience with you. Do you suffer from this? (To the sleep doctors out there, is my sleep paralysis gradually becoming a disorder or is there an explaination why I have had so many of them?)
