numbness

I every once in a while, I will wake up and my neck
will hirt. One side of my face will have a slight
numbness and tingling sensation. One side of my
tongue will also experience this sensation. I will
also see spots or a faint image for about a half a
minute or so.

Last night, I woke up about 2 in the morning with my
neck in an odd position and experince this on the
left side of my face.

I went to a doctor about this about 9 months ago and
he thought it was stress related.

Should I worry about this. I have been experiencing
this once every couple of months for the last two
years.
