Posted by Tom on October 13, 1997 at 19:18:08:I have been diagnosed as having sleep hypopneas, a mild form of apnea, during the night. Have tried to modify the impact of these by sleeping on my side, not drinking alcohol late at night and exercising more. However, I often wake feeling tired and with hands clenched and pins and needles in my arms. Is there anyone who can offer advice on what might be causing this?
