I was found out a year ago that I have sleep apnea. My insurance company purchased a Healthdyne cpap machine which has changed my life. I used to sleep for days on end and still be exchaused and could not function at work. I am still having problems getting a restful sleep due to the face mask being so uncomfortable. I just received literature regarding the "Phantom Nasal Mask". Has anyone used it? What do you think of it? I am desperate.
