telling lies while talking in sleep

I have a major problem. When I am asleep I talk to my husban. I tell him of sexual encounters that have never taken place. Not even in fantise. The things are so out of character,,I would never think of or do. I tell him these things in detail. He believes these things to be true. I also act out in my sleep and snore.This is a major problem..I can not just fall asleep any where for fear of what I will do or say.
