AsAs mentioned in the previous question persistent sleep talking can be due to stress and it sounds like you are experiencing a lot of stress about this problem. There could be some other issues causing stress also. Sleep deprivation can also increase the incidence and intensity of sleep talking. If you can treat the stress, and get more sleep, you may be able to reduce or eliminate the sleep talking. There are a lot of stress reduction programs out there and finding the one that works for you may be difficult. I suggest talking to a stress reduction specialist and see what they may recommend for you. As for acting out in your sleep and snoring, both of which may be connected to a sleep disorder, a sleep disorders consult is in order. A sleep specialist may also be able to help with the stress or will know someone who can. You may want to take one of the comprehensive sleep test on SleepNet's Sleep Links page and see how you score and get some immediate feedback. Bottom line, a sleep lab visit is in order. Your primary physician should know of some in your area.
