As we age the likelihood of developing sleep apnea increases. Sometimes starting out as hypopneas and then going on to OSA. So keep an eye on it. The pins and needles in the arms sound like a pinched nerve in the neck area. Could be related to sleep position, pillow, etc. I would check with chiropractor, or maybe have some test run at your doctors office. Remember this is only a guess. See the doc.
