Serously, rapid entrance into REM (rapid
eye movement), signifying drreaming, is
one of the marks of narcolepsy. Very
normal. If anything about this disease
is "normal". Very very very vivid dreams
are also markers.

Some people have nightmares, some of us
just very nice dreams.
