Dear Dr. B. :
I'm glad to know that sleep paralysis is harmless. However, my brain feels like it's being electrocuted during these episodes. Is it at all possible that our brains might be damaged (forgive my ignorance) during these experiences? Why does this only happen to certain people and not others? I'm so curious to learn more about sleep paralysis. Could you suggest some reading material?
How come you only had sleep paralysis during college, but mine never went away even after I graduated? (^_^)
I'm going to sleep now, and I hope I didn't jinx myself by talking about this subject right before going to bed!Thanking You in Advance For your Advice,
B.B.
