I, too, am always tired. I spent a night in a lab, which determined that I had too much activity when I was supposed to be getting my restful sleep. They gave me no effective treatment options, and I've just been putting up with it. In addition to being tired, I have a hellish time getting up, and sleep through alot of things that I look forward to. I'm very frustrated.
