Many times chronic fatigue symptoms can be overlooked by your doctor. You could have hypothyroidism which is usually not detected through routing lab work. Since you are diabetic, you probably have routine doctor checkups. There is a lab test you can request (most doctors don't know about it) called TRH (thyrotropin releasing hormone). This test can let your doctor know that your thyroid is underactive. If it is not underactive, then you can look at other possible problems.
B-12 shots could also give you energy that could boost your system enough to get up and excersize because that is the key to a healthy body.
