I too have been prescribed Trazodone for Insomnia. I have experienced nightmares, and daytime sluggishness and headaches. I believe the cure is even worse than the symptoms. I am in the process of looking for more natural remedies. i've not had luck with melatonin but hear Valerian root works. I plan to try it and will report back.
