Try "Waking Up Dry" by Dr. Marty Scharf. The program outlined requires quite a committment from parents ond child, but was 100 % sucessful when run as an outpatient eneuresis clinic in Lincoln NE several years ago. The clinic is no longer active, but all inquires are referred to this book.
