Contact the Sleep Disorders Center at your nearest major hospital and ask for information on circadian rhythms. (or look it up at sleepnet.com)Sound like you may be fighting your body's internal clock and you need to learn how to "reset" the timer that tells your body when to be awake and when to sleep.
If you get adequate rest (wide awake and alert all day long) you will be so much more productive that youll have time to do your actvities and still spend more time in bed than you do now.
