Posted by Tina on September 17, 1997 at 11:24:26:I suffer with Night Terrors and am currently doing research on the subject. I am constructing a page at my site dedicated to this. However, I am extremely frustrated with this project as information on Pavor Nocturnus in Adults is limited. It seems that any information on this is directed at children under 10. In the majority of cases in children, they grow out of it. I'm 34 and can only hope to grow out of it, in the mean time answers are limited. What information can you share on this subject?
