Posted by Clara on September 17, 1997 at 13:29:35:I am a "sleep study dropout" and am looking for advice
from someone with a similiar experience. I went to my
local hospital last night, got wired up and was unable
to sleep. My doctor is trying to establish the reason
for my daily overpowering sleepiness. I have been test
-ed for everything over the past 5yrs. I am a buzz-saw
snorer and he suspects sleep apnea. Is there any other
way that apnea can be diagnosed? Can I be treated for
it without a positive test result? Any info. will be
appreciated. Thanks.
