Could be a few things. One is a spinal cord problem.
Another would be connected to Restless Legs Syndrome
which is usually described as a creepy crawly sensation
in the legs. It is difficult for those with it to
describe and I have never heard someone with RLS
describe it as buzzing. So have it checked out could
be neural.
