Hi. I know how you feel. I was not quite as bad as you, but then again I work during the day and am occupied all the time. However I have fallen asleep and wrecked my car twice, and fallen asleep in crazy places and always needed to take rests. I went for sleep tests which were positive for narcolepsy. I am now taking Cylert which works wonders for me. I do not feel like I am speeding out or anything, just clear and awake and plenty of energy. Good luck!
